Bc Cat Skiing

Why White Grizzly is the Ultimate BC Cat Skiing Experience

When it comes to BC cat skiing, there are a lot of options. But if you're searching for terrain that pushes your skills, rewards your effort, and delivers deep snow day after day, White Grizzly stands out from the pack.

More Than Just Alpine Runs

Sure, we’ve got runs that start above the treeline. On a clear day, cruising through open alpine bowls is as good as it gets. But that’s not really what White Grizzly is all about. We specialise in the good stuff  steep tree lines, narrow chutes, pillow drops, and playful features that challenge and inspire. It’s the kind of skiing where you get to choose your own line, float through untouched powder, and test your skills all with the safety and support of experienced guides.

A Private Playground in the Selkirk Mountains

Our terrain is located deep in the Goat Range of British Columbia’s Selkirk Mountains, right in the heart of one of the continent’s most reliable snow zones. Our northeast-facing slopes stay protected from wind and sun, which means the snow stays dry and fresh longer. Whether it’s stormy or bluebird, you’ll find something to ride  and ride well.

White Grizzly offers a true BC cat skiing experience, with terrain built for riders who want more than just a scenic view.

The Ride Up: Not Just Transportation

At White Grizzly, the snow cat ride is part of the experience. Heated cabins, cushy seats, Bluetooth tunes, and room to stretch out  it’s your chance to recharge between runs. And since we run only one cat at a time, your group gets the entire mountain to yourselves. No crowds. No waiting. Just lap after lap of untouched lines. Plus, a backup cat is always ready, just in case.

What’s Included in Our Packages

We operate right through the prime of winter from mid-December until early April. Choose from three- or four-day trips, all of which are fully inclusive. Expect 6–9 runs a day, which adds up to around 5,000 vertical metres (over 16,000 feet) daily. Packages include your lodge stay, all meals prepared by our in-house chef, snacks, and of course  your guided BC cat skiing adventure.

Is It Right for You?

White Grizzly is designed for advanced to expert skiers and snowboarders. If you’re comfortable on double-black diamond terrain at a resort or black runs in Europe  and you live for deep powder, steep trees, and technical lines, then you’ll feel right at home. It’s not a casual cruise  it’s a back country challenge that rewards skill and confidence.

White Grizzly isn’t just another ski destination. It’s a remote, powder-filled escape for riders who want intensity, variety, and a private slice of the mountains. If you’re looking for the real BC cat skiing experience raw, rugged, and unforgettable  we’ve got your seat ready.
